BTS "Butter" takes the No. 1 spot on MUSIC RANK ASIA'S HOT 40 CHART this month. The song achieve 8,007 points in total enough to take place the #1 song last month aespa "Next Level". Butter appear back in June 2021 at #3 and after that the song rapidly rise up on the chart. BTS also manage to dominate the chart this month after "Permission To Dance" debut at No. 2 with more than 8,006 points, now BTS was the first artist to take over #1 and #2 spot on the chart respectively. While SB19 "MAPA BAND VER." ft. BEN&BEN also continue to dominate the 3rd spot on the chart after achieving 7,500 points. This was the highest peak for a Filipino song on the chart to date and SB19 also holds the longest Filipino song to stay on the TOP 10 for two consecutive months. SB19 "WHAT?" their first song appeared on the chart now get a "Certified Gold" after staying on the chart for Five consecutive months. The chart results for MUSIC RANK ASIA'S HOT 40 CHART this August was the first charting to dominate by a male singers since the #MRAHot40Chart launch in March 2021.
